I feel like the term holistic really gets thrown around the pregnancy care scene a lot.
💗What does holistic mean to you?
Because ultimately that’s what it means. It is determined by YOU and your needs.
Whenever I provide a massage and body work session, I always allow twice as much time because conversation flows. What comes up is always so different…
~Relationships
~Nutrition and depletion
~Self bodywork practices
~Menstrual cycles
~Breastfeeding
~Parenting
~Past traumas
~Spiritual and emotional well-being
It is ALL so important. Especially when preparing for birth and birthing into a new archetypal role as a mother or mother to multiple.
I have not felt any less impact from my work online compared to in person, it’s just… different. But the value of the support and information I provide is the same.
